My neighbor jammed my lock with matches once, that sure boosted our neighborly love.

Do that and top it somehow, like nailing a dead cat at their door or something

I used to have this neighbor who played all of this country music loud as till after midnight, It drove me nuts night after night, so i just played some evil metal music loud as, It shut them up for a while, then i just picked the lock on theyre garage one day when nobody was home and broke their stereo in a way that you couldnt tell it was a person. That fixed it till they got a new stereo. Then i moved anyway.

And now we know who broke Kujo's stereo....

Good thing I had my camera ready when Kujo found out what had happened.
