EDIT:  not sure what this has to do with the calgary show ( ), but my first time seeing GNR was 1992 (?), in minneapolis with faith no more and metallica.

 I'll be at the show tommorow with a bunch of buddies! We will be on the floor and I'll be the dude with the GNR denim jacket with a whole bunch of patches sewn on it! This will be the first of 4 shows for me this week ( Calgary, Edmonton, Everett, & Portland) I was also lucky enough to see them twice in Vegas this past September as well. I won't be doing any pre-part stuff as I'm heading down to the dome right after work probably around 5 or 6pm. Hope to meet some of you down there!!!

Me and my girlfriend will be going, i dont know much about the area around the Saddledome so i might just go into the first plac ei see to get a drink or bite to eat. I went to see GnR in Vancouver for the riot with my dad, which was uh....fun. Anyway hopefully Axl puts on a good show to make up for all that money i wasted? (by the way if anybody wants some last min tickets my dad would rather sell his then see gnr this time 'round)

i'm going section 2 something row 13 or some shit....about a 75 degree angle from the stage...shitty seats for 90 bucks, but what can youse do?

Problem with that is you'd get some asshole reviewer saying " The pissed off crowd, restless and tired of waiting for Axl, chanting, demanding, the come on stage..."

Instead of what it really would be, some kick ass gunners pumped up!

I am not planning on getting there till aboooot(canada humor) 10pm.? I am hitting the preparty at Coyotes. It will be an awesome night for sure. Still smarting over the Vancouver roit. I would hope that most people by now know that GNR don't play till late so plan around it people. I know there will still be reveiws about how late they played. Get over it. Hope Bubbles is there. Hope the years of waiting isn't a let down after. Kind of like post pardum depression!!! Rock on folks and be safe!

I'm flying in from Vancouver....mid afternoon. I'm in Sec. 213 as well Rube. I'll be chanting GNR for sure. I have been chanting since '87 and it hasn't stopped. It's going to be awesome to see this venue packed and jumping when the riff to Jungle starts to rip! Canada loves their GNR!
