Wonderful... ?and thank you for posting that.

It's always nice to hear from someone in the band. ?

Clear and direct communication is very a good thing and it only helps in preventing a multitude of problems in the future. ?ok

Cheers,
W.R.

Interstate 80 was CLOSED. Half a million people had no power (or heat), and several cities were in a state of emergency. Easy to understand the delay... but I guess not for some.  Undecided

That was cool. Even better to get Tommy talking, makes it seem like a band don't it?

Tommy always comes up with good quotes Grin

Either get on board or fuck off!

True but still being stuck in a bus for 12 hrs on the road can't be that much fun.

With that said, either get on board or
fuck off."

Does this mean the Nightrain is prepping for an imminent departure?  Hmmm...

Honestly, how refreshing is it to hear an actual band member representing GNR?  Makes a world of difference, regardless of the fact that Merck held a gun to Tommy's head for that quote....kidding, kidding....

I'm not the biggest of fans of the new band, but this has made me a bit more positive towards them.
It's good to hear individual members of the band speak for themself, I like that? beer

In this corner....  Tommy "The Duke"  Stinson.  He is coming out fighting.   For you younger folks that was a boxing reference to early 1990's boxer Tommy Morrison.

You can tell Tommy is still a newbie in relation to GN'R fans. We have been loyal thru all these years. We've been on board and have stayed on board after all these years of waiting.

Love the band solidarity.  And the effort to play the gig, no matter what!

I have never thrown it at Axl or anyone else in the band nor has anyone thrown my bass back at me… yet.

Gotta love that part.  hihi

Well said Tommy.  A 12 hour bus ride in those conditions must've been really rough.  Just like in the days when the original Guns were trying to make it.  On the road, driving from gig to gig.  I'm sure there was some quality bonding time on the 12 hour journey.  That's one 12 hour ride I'd look forward to being a part of.

I don't think that says anything about Tommy being a "newbie" to GN'R fans... not at all.  NOT ALL OF US have remained on board and a large number of GN'R fans are long gone if you haven't noticed.  There are people that have become GN'R fans that weren't when the old band was together.  There are people that have become fans this year, this month, this week, etc.

PLUS, I don't think this was a message directed TOTALLY to GN'R fans.  It's directed to anyone that chose to believe the bs that the EODM had to say about the band and all the other people that constantly question this band.  Tommy gets my praise for actually making a comment about the rumors that have been going around since the Cleveland show.  The only thing that would show that Tommy was a "newbie" concerning GN'R fans (WHICH HE IS DEFINITELY NOT) is that he actually SAID SOMETHING!!!!  We don't get that too often from this band do we??

At least when the band members speak and not just Axl or Merck the band seems less and less like hired hands and more like, well, a band.

Tommy has been a bad ass since 1981...yes, that's right...before most of you turds were even born. He was a stud before Axl even thought about being a stud. ok
