There were rumors saying the new band had re-recorded all of AFD at one point, might as well add some of those tracks.

Wasn't the version of Sweet Child from Big Daddy just a live version?

It switches over from a live version to a re-recorded studio version. It happens about 3 minutes in.

Okay I have now heard this version. Glad they didn't release the re-recorded album based on that effort. Axl sounds okay, but Finck or Huge or whoever it is kills the solo - and not in a good way.

If robin's still listed in that OFFICIAL gnr myspace... I think we can be sure he's still in the band.

this time is not speculation, that's just the info provided in a GNR official site.

damn it, how great it would be to see the RF.com site updated with new GNR info

I also would love to see a promotional pic with all band members, including Robin and his new dark-marley style  hihi

If they updated the page then Im sure they would have updated the Band Members if anything had changed.

I don't remember him ever leaving.     Just fan speculation because he is touring with NIN while GnR isn't touring.    I think if he really intended to leave the band, he would have said something.

Well, that's exactly what I used to think, until I saw that ''Guns N' Robin'' article in gnr.com where del james says he has no idea about Robin status and/or plans.

And, sometimes, the way Jarmo talks about Robin (in a very different way than he speaks about other members touring with other bands) worries me.

Didn't you just say 3 posts up that you believe he's in the band because he's listed on the MySpace?  I agree that we can't count on anything until either something's said or we see him performing live with GN'R, but I'm just confused by the inconsistency of your posts.

No. I dont take that as the official confirmation at all, in fact, I was being a little sarcastic, trying to point how we have an official website that still says ''we have no idea about robin's status and or plans'' and another one that includes him in the band member list.

We were never told that Brain was out, and there's no info about him or his status at gnr.com, but he's not listed at the myspace.

I will be sure Robin is still in the band if there's an explicit article in gnr.com or rf.com saying that, or if I see him onstage ni the future GNR concerts.
