Their criteria included: immediately recognizable opening, easy to remember lyrics, and killer solo for air guitarring (their words, we approve). Here's the list (via Whitney):

I agree with all of them except "Don't Stop Believin'" by Journey. I am Canadian so "New Orleans Is Sinking" by the Tragically Hip will always, always be Number 1.

Last time I checked I'm entitled to my own opinion, plus every song means something different to everybody so this is a completely ambiguous thread.... thus there are no "terrible choices."
