My friends have all been teasing me about all the GNR concerts that I have seen this year. She said I am like those DEADHEADS that followed the GRATEFUL DEAD around and that I should come up with a similar moniker. I like ROSEBUD and so did she. What do you guys think?  |

You should just keep it simple and follow tradition... Grateful Dead has the Dead Heads, Jimmy Buffett has the Parrot Heads and GN'R could have the _____ Heads. It's too late for me to think of a decent name to put in the blank though. It would be cool if one day GN'R had the extremely loyal following that the Grateful Dead or Buffett have but I doubt it would ever happen that way. Jimmy Buffett has sold out every single seat to every show for every single tour for many years now. It's pretty amazing actually. Anyway...
Hell Heads are what the loyal members of this forum are.
Bullet Heads could be cool but may sound cheesy I think.
Guns Heads doesn't sound right either.
I'm just trying to say something that might spark an idea with someone else and I'm coming up blank at this point. Fuck it.
EDIT: Oh and the "Jungle Fever" thing just won't ever work. Anyone that knows what people call Jungle Fever will know what I mean...

It's like a nickname for the band itself already. A lot of people refer to members of the band as "Gunners." It doesn't really matter though because I doubt something we make up in this thread is going to stick and be used when referring to GN'R fans 10 years from now. Gunners would be cool though if it wasn't used so much already though. |

That is a cool idea but it would be cool if we could think of a name that didn't have to do solely with Axl and maybe more with the WHOLE band.
