Someone at local telnet newsgroup posted some rumor that G'nR is in negotiation playing in Taiwan,
he even posted their performance fee is about  350,000 USD.
guess if this really happens,
that will be part of asian tour in 2007.

just to share the info.

the newest words on the street here at local news group is? they are choosing between two candidate dates , 3/19 or 3/21.
at Chung Shan Football Stadium,Taipei,
the same place Elton John held a pretty sold-out concert two years ago.

can't wait for them coming to taiwan

and if really CD comes out on time,
i'm sure i'll be at the first row singing alone all the new songs peace

If true, it would have to be good news, right? There's no way they'd go on tour again without the album finished, right? Fingers crossed.

Yeah i think so. I mean Axl even said in the letter they started the tour in the hope the album would be out no later than December 26th. So i think it very unlikely they'd start another without it out or with a firm release date not long after the tour starts with a single already out.

Here's a pic of the stadium:

Its capacity is 40.000 for concerts.

I don't believe there's a reason...

oh good... 40.000 people. I still want to see some Guns N' Roses show with more than 200.000 people watching, like Rock in Rio 3. If they play in Brazil they will probably play in Maracana (capacity is around almost 100.000 people in concerts) or maybe in some beach. If yes, we can hope close to 1 million (or even more) of people watching them in Copacabana beach... but almost impossible though. We can still dream... heh.

Playing in Taiwan is the perfect place for an album called "Chinese Democracy," since China still claims Taiwan as its own.  Very cool, if they play there!
