I heard when he did that comeback performance a few days ago it was a complete catastrophe.  He did "We Are The World" with a children's choir and right in the middle of the performance his voice started giving out and he couldn't finish the song.  Then some other dude had to come out and sing Thriller for him.  What made matters worse was that on the news report on AOL...they had a pic of him hugging one of the choir kids and a caption of "Stay away from the children Michael."  I think any chance of a comeback for this guy is extremely slim to none.

I saw footage of it on the news the other day.
He sang a couple of lines of "We Are The World", and for his acceptance speech he was just reading off a script. Poorly.

Not as bad as the footage I saw, he was being booed as he entered the venue.

I'd like to see the guy get his shit together - its just so fucking sad when you see what he was doing at his height in the 80's.
