Any Woody Allen fans here? Love his movies. My favorites are Sleeper and Matchpoint. If you haven't seen them, go rent them!

I think he's a fantastic writer/director there's just so many films and styles to check out of his, and if you look a little deeper into his films there's a lot more going on than you would think. eg - psychoanalysis references, styles and genres, references to myths etc. Brilliant.

Ever get to that point where you've seen so many of his films in a short span of time that you can't seperate them from each other in your mind? Many of them may be variations on the same riff but when it's such a great riff why mess with it?
It's hard to name favorites when each of his films is brilliance in a different key, but a few of the highlights for me are;
Manhattan
Stardust Memories
Zelig
Crimes and Misdemeanors
Annie Hall
Hannah and Her Sisters
Husbands and Wives
Interiors
Oedipus Wrecks (The only bright spot in that god-awful
New York Stories
anthology ~ side note; what the fuck was Coppola thinking?)
Broadway Danny Rose
Sweet & Lowdown
. . . I'll stop there, before this turns into his resume. Honorable mention; Though it's not strictly-speaking "his" movie, I think he gave a great performance in
Scenes From A Mall
(I may be completely alone on that one though).
