Where are Jarmo and the mods ?

Before I go further, just wanted you to know that I'm going for a serious thread here. No HTGTH bashing, it's not a cynical thread, and I'm not going to lick someone's ass.

But I think that the board is turning into a mess with all the crazyness about the release date, that stupid statement from Universal Canada, and the fact that everybody is trying to figure things out.

I know that Jarmo is travelling these days, so I guess he doesn't have access to his site all the time. I know Christos is around (thank God!) and Skeba's here too.

But why the HTGTH crew is allowing all those threads is beyond my understandings.

People are going nuts. No one in or close to the band has stated that plans have changed. The band is on tour, etc.

I'm missing what some people are calling censorship. For me it was good sense. I wish you guys from the HTGTH crew would keep up that direction.

I have a shitload of ?projects at the moment and I haven't been able to do all that much moderating, but I agree.. It's been pretty hectic at times.

Yeah, I'll take the mods side on this. It's mostly started be people with very few threads thinking "Oh, I'll start a thread about the release date" as if no one else thought of that.

It's annoying, but in reality, it's probably only about 3 or 4 a day.

First they get bitched to for deleting threads, now they're getting bitched to for not deleting threads.

I never understood why they deleted some threads, but agreed it was their board. Lately though, this place needs serious threads deleted.

Maybe many are just hanging out waiting for some news...but it seems that people are starting a thread about any idea that pops into their head.

I did a lot of moderating this week and last week but I do things in stealth mode so you don't even know stuff has been removed...

I try to do my best but I have a job too and can't be here 24/7. Last weekend I stayed up until about 5am here...now that's some dedication!

I think the moderators do a wonderful job here

And this year, with all the crazy nights of leaks and madness, they've really stepped up. Considering how many fucking people can be posting on this board at one time, it's really amazing and shows their level of dedication to this place.
