Amazing how people can be such ignorant fucks.
If you have a problem with speculation, then I strongly advise you stop coming to this board. It's all we do here and on every other GNR board.
There's nothing wrong with this thread. Anybody who's been here for a while knows who to trust regarding this sort of info. Besides, even if the Far Dows thing isn't true, I still believe stores will receive it under another name.
I say let the thread live.

Not to get off topic - but I work in radio. As soon as I see a single or album lying around on a desk somewhere, you can damn well bet that I'll take pictures of that mofo from every angle and post them on here!

I enjoyed your other post quite a bit Edward---quick question---were you filming or taking still shots, or both at MSG?

I don't know if this thread is allowed cuz I'm new. But here goes...
All right here's what we'll try to do. We'll try using the IDEA of that other rumor with the off chance that this is the method that will be used for a sneaky release. So what we need is for "Major" music store employees to look for a new release from a band they don't recognize, but with the "Number of copies" up on the order of what would be expected by a major band's new release.
If you find anything shady, CHECK THE INTERNET FIRST to see if the band really exists. Then if not, report it to this thread.
And remember, we might end up finding different phony band names in different cities and countries, so don't be disillusioned if we find something and then also find other names in other places.
GOOD LUCK!
Don't you have anything better to do then post here? You had a post count of like 3 yesterday...

Editing, IMovie, work, and all kinds of amazing shit happens at home! You must ignore, some of the younger crowd, as they do not do their homework or read before posting. I often think of the George Michael Joke--and think they don't know how to stop, when the Door is open--just post whatever comes to mind, and never a thought until they are either banned, or rendered obsolete and ostracized completely.
What's the difference between George Michael and a microwave? The microwave stops when the door is opened.

Pretty sneaky huh? It's actually part of my plan to take over the world. Those first 500 friends will be the front lines. The thousands that follow will be the Shock and Awe

Make sure they have proper body armor, before heading into the Shock and Awe campaign.
Back to the topic at hand--I think if we see a name like 2000 Intentions, or the previously rumored titles floating, things must be getting serious.

Well one of the things from said rumor that's also significant, is that the band name doesn't exist. So we might see names of bands that don't exist so they won't have "shipping" computer problems. And then after opening the box of course, they would enter the real name into the store computers as they have to do with new releases anyway. (every Tuesday)
That's the theory at least, that I was able to gather from credible music store employees who described the normal process as they talked about said rumor. And I went through HELL to try to get those procedure answers at another bb while everyone spammed.

Hey,
we, the HTGTH team, will take over the world before you say "I have a cunning plan"...
We've been planning this for the past 4 years. You can't ruin it with a simple thread and a myspace account.

this thread and the person in that movie are fucking stupid. He is a prime example why abortion is legal. The mods or powers that be need to delete this thread.

It's all just a joke. If you don't get it, then maybe you're afraid of something else. Don't worry. No one is threatening your paradigm.
paradigm n. 1.... 2.... 3. A set of assumptions, concepts, values, and practices that constitutes a way of viewing reality for the community that shares them, especially in an intellectual discipline.
Now back on topic, I still think it would be a good idea to watch record store computers for large new release shipments of unknown band names. You don't?

WOW
tough crowd here
Edward Roses' idea is a fun way to pass the time, besides the blue trees thing I don't think it was actually proved fake, somebody gave their 'opinion' and people followed.
