Does anyone think that more tracks will be leaked if the album doesn't come out?  Huh

Axl is not stupid, he knows what he?s doing and if he said the record would be out this year is because it?s true. Some people never learn, GNR play their own rules and things will happen when they have to happen, not when we want them to happen.

They have been working very hard all these years and they want to do things right, but THEIR way,not ours. Unfortunately, negativity has always followed this band even in the old days and they carried on and I think now it?s the same. There?s a lot of negativity from some fans and from some parts of the media but they will go on and the day we less expect it, they will shut a lot of mouths.

I?ve always loved this band and Axl has always been my favourite singer and nothing will change that. With or without CD,this band will always be my favourite and will never give up. So, that?s why I don?t understand why people are so negative towards them,we are owed  nothing and a lot of people take it all very personal,as if the whole CD situation affected their lives when it actually  doesn?t.

Indeed guys. You're all great people. Axl should never take for granted the people here who have stuck through all the shit and still believe in Guns N Roses. The negativity is just frustration. When the album is released, we will all come together equally and put all the differences aside because it won't matter anymore, it will be the past, we will all have the album and we can really start to look into the future. Like November_Rain said, they go by their own watch, their own rules, there's just nothing we can do ourselves to change that short of taking somebody hostage or putting a gun to someone's head or whatever. They have said repeatedly the album will be out this year, Axl has mentioned it in the past but I don't think he's been as specific as saying "this year, definitely". Sure a year is a long time but hey it doesn't matter, we're getting close to the end of the year now, and as others I hope we can send out this great Guns N Roses year with the release of the album. I get frustrated just like all of you guys but we're jumping ahead, again, this a band who doesn't work like others, they're a big band, they've got ridiculous financial and marketing resources available at hand, we can keep speculating but we just don't know what they're going to do. We need to give them until January 2007. Again I can completely understand people's dissapointment but please guys and gals, don't get too far ahead of yourselves yet, there's still weeks until the year ends. They can do anything. No matter how ridiculous or far fetched any idea or speculation may seem, nothing should be assumed or ruled out. It will come. Just stay positive as much as you can. It's not the end of the world either. We're all in this together. No need to get pissed off or upset or annoyed or frustrated. Hang in there. We're all trying.

Hummm. I dont understand why alot of the poeple around here relate this band to the old one. This band isnt "dangerous" or "play their own rules". The members of this band all came from different back grounds and such. I think some are 4 getting that the reason the old band was so good is because THEY didnt give a shit, THEY played it by their rules. THEY loved to play rock n roll and werent going to let anyone stop them. Todays band is totally diff, the only thing holding them back is Axl.

whatever. lets not drag that dead horse into this thread.

try and list the names of those 'so' negative people here and you'll be surprised to know they are actually not large in number.

"this year, definitely"

I wasn?t saying whether this band is dangerous or not. Basically what I meant was that Axl and GNR are doing things their way, Axl?s always done it, with the old band and now with the current band too.And the fact that the current band members come from different backgrounds just contributes to enrich this band musically,IMO.
