I hope all of your assumptions( and they are just that, even though you treat them as fact ? ) turn out to be spot on. If they're not, you're gonna look like a giant ass.

I wouldn't be the only one.? All the loyal Axl fans like me, Jarmo included.? If you want to put down Jarmo, go right ahead.? You'll be WIPED quicker than I can say, "I won't be told anymore..."

But Axl would NEVER make an ass out of his loyal fans.? That's why he was very clear about when the album would be coming out.? We don't have to worry looking like asses because there's no way that Axl and the band would treat us that way.

Here is the bottom line, Axl said at the VMAs that 2006 would be the year and it looks like that is NOT going to be the case. What's holding up the release? That's all I am asking. And as I said in my open letter, if 2006 isn't the year, that's okay, we still support the band...However, we'd like to know what's up?

Gerald, that was a good post man. The thing is I myself have tried to post about this and bring it up, and bring it to the attention of moderators here via PM but I don't think they care to answer

I too for a while have merely sought answers to these very general questions that simply require a yes or no answer that will satisfy fan's concerns whilst allowing GNR & their management to maintain their cover over the album:

-Is the album still on schedule for release before the end of 2006?
-Are there ANY factors or issues that may (if they haven't already) push back the release of the album, possibly after the INFORMAL 'deadline'
-If the album is not going to come out as anticipated, will we be told anything?
