Releasing an album this anticipated on such different days wil ensure that most people from NA download the album. You think anyone who's interested in the album is going to wait 5 days to buy it in the states? I know it happens to some music but I think 1 day difference is as much as you could push it for any major release.
I know I'm not going to wait... (I'll buy it but i'll walk into the record store with it playing on my iPod)
