Writing credit for AFD

I don't know if this is the right place. But I've always wondered who wrote each songs for AFD? I'd like to know who wrote Sweet child o mine for example. And I can't find it anywhere. Anyone can help please? I'd appreciate to have it for each song on that album. Thanks.

Just to point something out on lyrics. Most of those say Rose and/or Stradlin on 9/12 songs, including Jungle, Out Ta Get Me, Brownstone, Michelle, Think About You, Sweet Child, Crazy, Anything Goes, and Rocket Queen.
Just to point something on music/instrumental. Rose has a credit for writing the 'music' on 9/12 songs.

How do you know he was talking about the lyrics ?
By the way, can someone tell me where's Tracii Guns' name on the AFD credits, you know, GN'R's ORIGINAL GUITAR PLAYER... I can't find it !

I see Rose's and Stradlin's names many many time though.
Slash is nowhere on the lyrical side of the songs.
Axl is credited for the music on 9 out of 12 songs.
Izzy too is all over the place from both lyrical and musical aspects.
I'm not stating that Slash was less important or did not contributed to create great songs/melodies. But some people look at him as he was the biggest part of GN'R, yet they also state that it was a collective effort.

Because they were talking about lyrics earlier in the thread.

No, Slash wasn't near as involved. It feels good to say it too. Uplifting, freeing. Don't feel bad about it.
Fact is fact.

I actually and honestly don't care too much about lyrics. Lyrics are a vehicle to reproduce the melody when it's stuck in my head, but I can't think of an instance where I liked a song because of the lyrics. Lyrics are overrated, let the music do the talking.
I'm in a band myself, never write any lyrics (xcept for the occasional ballad ey,
), but all the songs
I
wrote and our vocalists put lyrics on are
my
bloody fuckin' songs and if we ever break up, I'll be taking my songs, have someone put new lyrics on them and like 'm just as much as I do now. Same goes for the AFD songs btw.

I disagree totally. "Estranged" is my favorite song largely
because
of the lyrics. I've never identified with a song more than that one.

where did you find this valuable info out?
I totally underestimated duff for all these yrs (dont get me wrong, I think the guy is cool)! Its so easy is genious!
This just proves that as a cohesive unit the band was stonger than any one individual!
(I disagree w/ some ppl...I feel that lyrics are important--for ex "think about you" is one of my least fav bc of the repetative/basic lyrics. Whereas Mr. Brownstone is witty and humourous)

Lyrics not important
They are vital to the song, not only thematic wise, but especially melody wise. Some words have good prenounciations, others don't. That's the most important part about lyrics.
