Has anyone else been watching this Doctor Who spin off? I think the show has got great potential and i've really enjoyed what i've seen so far. Last nights episode was interesting with the evil fairies and that strange girl in it who communicates with them. Anyone else?

btw, Torchwood is an anagram of Doctor Who

I saw the first few episodes - it's pretty entertaining in a cheesy kinda way.  A million miles better than Dr Who, anyway.

I've been torrenting them - watched the first two so far. Pretty cool, though it's hit and miss in delivery so far.

Who?

It's alright.  I think it got a bit overhyped after the great success of Doctor Who.  The first episode was really good but the second was awful, since then it's been ok.  The idea is great the writing has been lacking though, the characters aren't the best either.....

More than meets the eye

The laughable effects have kept me away (been forced to watch a few at gunpoint) - i remember watching children's shows back in the day that had similar effects - i wasn't impressed then either

How the BBC can squander the licence fee on this poorly acted drivel is beyond me, the show is beyond rubbish.

A YMCA greatest hits tour would seem positively masculine compared with Torchwood/Who's camp nature - I almost expect the make up to be used to defeat the enemy each week

..for u yanks: yes we have to pay to own a tv license - and that money goes on Dr Who.

Death to the bbc!
