Dummest idea ever. Although possibly good promotion for the bands involved, well unless the songs suck which is likely.

Didn't someone on here have a song called Better and then had to change the name to Better than you after Axl revealed the song title in Rolling Stone? He could send that one in.

Well, we didn't "have" to change the name, we just thought it would be, uhm.. better... so to say... Wink. But yeah, we could send it in, for laughs. Although I don't think we would wanna be part of something like this.

I kind of like the idea. It will most likely suck, but still a neat thing to do.

Quote
It is a tribute to the concept of the Guns N' Roses' album Chinese Democracy -- the wait, the rumors, and the song titles.

that's kinda what IRS is like to me.. when i listen to the words it seems as though its being sung about the hardcore gnr fan's wait and anticipation and just about being a gnr fan

but i think this concept might come out pretty well if done right.. who knows.. at least someone out there's doing something somewhat creative.. more power to em ok

Thanks 2 those who went 2 Mustang Harry's on May 12th. That made my first concert experience something I'll never forget. Never did I feel like I fit in anywhere as much as I did amongst you strangers

This seems like a pathetic attempt to gain publicity / money off the mere mentioning of 'Chinese Democracy'

What shit..

I can't believe they included Quick Song in the list of possible song titles you can choose. It's obviously just a temporary name for a song where a title hadn't been decided yet. But no doubt some idiot will take it seriously and send in a song with the line "This is a Quick Song."

While i'm sure the songs will probably suck, there's no money to be made. From what i understand it'll be an album you'll be able to download for free. Nobody is making a dime off of it, atleast that's what i was told.
