I've got Hi-Speed, and for some reason this download is slow as fuck for me also. The best i'm getting is dial-up speed. But other downloads elsewhere are running fine.

Speed is not a problem for me. My connection goes around 100 KB/s, it's just that I got a 4 GB limit on my dsl and can't download more than that.  Angry
