I also doubt there will be anything new tonight, however I think that if any performance before the album release has a chance of containing anything we haven't heard before, it's this one.

First of all, they've already played five concerts (including the accousic set) in NYC this year.
Second, this will be their first sold-out show of the tour (starting Oct. 24th), being the biggest audience yet.

I don't know. It's just funny that they've shut down everything except the news & MSG threads today. They may be expecting A LOT of visitors. Shutting down board sections would help keep the board online in a case like that, wouldn't it? ?

They only did that because they are expecting increased traffic tonight because of the big show, so they are trying to keep the site going by doing that. Don't read any more into it than it is.
