Plain white envelopes to be honest. It'd be easy to confuse with alot of other junk mail.

This has ahppened to me where I accidently threw them away, call tickets.com ( the number to call will be on the confirmation email) and let them know you still have not received your tickets. They will then issue new ones where you can pick them up at the will call or they will email them to you so you can print them up on your own. Shocked

Should the tickets not come special service? and require you to sign for them?

Be careful.

I don't know about Tickets.com, but Ticketmaster's come in a regular white envelope, and are unmarked. Very easily can be confused with junk mail. My girlfriend almost threw my GN'R tix out.

As said above, they came regular US mail in a plain white envelope, no markings or anything.  Tickets were loose in the envelope, no special packaging.

Yeah the day I got mine my roommate told me I got my Target card bill in the mail and that was it.  Sure enough there were also 2 plain white envelopes with $600 worth of GNR tickets in them.  A little more important than a bill for Target.  Thankfully I got to'em before they could've been thrown out as junk mail.

Plain white envelope from Concord, CA.  It'll say "return service requested" on the envelope. Looks like junk mail.
