Anybody Dress Up Like Axl for Halloween?

I dressed as Axl this past weekend.  It's not perfect, because I didn't have time to do the tattoos or anything, but I did win for most original costume.  What do u guys think?

Yeah its really not that bad, I've seen a lot worse trust me. I'd say it turned out pretty good, well done!

I did.? Full on with the kilt, tattoos, bandana, mic, you name it.?

I work in a pretty conservative office, it was funny as hell seeing the peoples faces. I was the only rocker there.


Some assclown asked me if I was Braveheart.?
I said I didn't think Braveheart had a microphone, bandana or sunglasses, but I hadn't seen the movie in a while so I might be mistaken.

i did....kilt, Guns t shirt, combats, but i had black hair and decided to put eyeliner and mascara on so it was sort of a cross between Depp from Pirates and Axl...but a few hot chicks got it...get pics if i can...

I dressed as axl to go to a rock club in north london a few years ago. Had the kilt, baseball cap bandana the lot. friend of mine went as slash. then they played SCOM it was the cheesiest things you ever did see.

No, I stayed in and watched House. But there was a "what you wanted to be when you grew up" theme pub crawl I went to the other year. Lots of fireman, sexy nurses, police outfits, one mechanic.... I went as Slash. All the pictures are on my 'pooter in England, If I remember I'll put some up next time I'm back.

Honestly, good job, only two critiques:  1.  I don't remember Axl ever wearing a GNR t-shirt, but I guess you kinda have to do that to solidify the idea of who it is, and 2.  I don't know why, probably simply because of your looks, but you reminded me at first glance of Bret Michaels instead of Axl Rose       SORRY!

Hey, thanks man, I really appreciate that.  I'm glad you liked the costume.  I had a lot of fun putting it together.  Like I said I know it ain't perfect, but everyone was coming up to me while we were out saying how awesome it was.  The last thing I expected was to get called a freak by some lowlife.  I thought everyone here would at least appreciate my efforts, whether I look just like Axl or not.  I guess there's always that one asshole of the group.  Oh well, what can you do?  Thanks to everyone who liked the costume.
