Firefox isnt anything porn related. Its a internet browser, much like Internet Explorer, or Opera. You can get it at www.firefox.com (click on the top one i belive) and read more about it there.

First off, he'd get an obscenity charge. For that, they need a warrent to comb through the ISP logs, IF he's in America. Outside America, it may not be illegal depending on what country he's in.

I'm gonna assume he's a pissed off yank up in arms over the cancellation... so he could be possession or distribution of obscene material... which would be a joke, and unless you find a VERY bored law enforcement agency, you're better off banning him.

I've worked with people who run ISPs (although never had that headache myself). Never once did they even bother reporting obscene material, unless it was photos of kids. Reason being, the cops do not care and do not have the manpower to deal with it, unless it's on a massive scale and they can justify the expense.
