I know Baz loves these reality shows but this one is a stretch.  I mean, really, Celebrity Fit Club couldn't do better than Sebastian Bach?  And I don't mean that as a knock at Baz's celebrity.  More in the way that the man really doesn't need to lose weight or tone up NEARLY as much as some others.

Challenge me to a Run / Check out my diet journal online

This is really neat! I bought a computer chip for my SHOE & now my phone uploads all details of my runs to the web! You can follow along on my runs around the world,  see where I'm at & what my favorite routes are, or even sign up for your own page & challenge me to runs ! Its free & awesome ! Check out my running page : http://my.nike.com/SebastianBach

I just finished filming the TV Show 'Celebrity Fit Club Boot Camp' & I really did learn alot about eating that I did not know before. One thing I learned is that keeping a food journal definately makes me more aware of what I put into my mouth on a daily basis. If you're into this kinda thing, you can follow my daily routine at loseit.com , sign up as my friend at loseit.com & you can call me out if I drink too much wine haha! It doesn't help me to lie in the journal , so it all goes in there ! http://www.loseit.commy email is sebastianbachangeldown@yahoo.com

Here is a radio interview with Sebastian on Winnepeg's The Rock Report Power 97 from Dec. 4th.

He is asked why the Chinese Democracy tour took a year to start and he says in part regarding Axl "he does things when he's good and ready to do it."

He also says that he got a call from Joey Kramer from Aerosmith a while ago about being part of a supergroup with himself and two other musicians but it didn't happen.

He talks about his new album -- that he has 14 new songs, they're getting into the studio in March, that the song with John 5 will probably be the first single.  And it sounds like the country album has been shelved.

Sebastian is interviewed in 4 parts on 101.9 RXP by Matt Pinfield.

On the Dec. 17th audio (under the photo) he talks about his relationship with Axl and what motivated him.

On the Dec. 16th audio he talks about recording "Sorry" and Axl guesting on his album.

There is also audio on page 2 -- Dec. 15th and 14th.
