I don't know when this was updated, and it's not the most reliable source for information, but the following is from wikipedia.

On October 27, 2007, "Back in the Saddle" was played on the Texas radio station Q94.5. According to the station, the phones rang off the hook when the song was played and it became the station's #1 most requested track, however it only debuted at # 191 on the Billboard Top 200 chart, selling 6,400 copies in its first week. The album seemed to have suffered from distribution problems in the first few weeks which explains the low sales, but has since gone on to sell over 100,000 world wide.

I like how Axl's part in BITS is included in the commercial.

My favorite Baz ad is the one on his official site where he goes, "It's a CeeeeeDeeeee and a DeeeeeeeeVeeeeeeeDeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!"""""""

11.14.08
Greetings from Nashville TN! We have been completely ensconced in the studio here for the last week, woodshedding in a big way, writing & demo-ing our asses off. I am happy to say that the writing team of Jeffrey Steele, Vicky McGhehee, & myself , the team that brought you 'Battle With The Bottle', have been been locked in Jeffrey's studio, with our intention being to come up with a full album sometime in the near future. Since the ending of 'Gone Country 2', we now have between 10-15 songs 'under construction', & we will not stop writing / demo-ing until we all feel we have a killer record.
We all love the song 'Battle With The Bottle', but that is only the beginning. We are in the midst of assembling a whole new 'team' down here in Nashville that will be able to bring a song to the radio, which we did not have at the time of filming 'Gone Country 2'. Hey, you don't have to ask me twice to make music! I am so very fortunate to have met Jeffrey & Vicky, & the songs we are working on now are truly new & fresh for me as a musician. I really can't wait for all of you to hear this stuff! Here is a little taste, check back here for more video updates soon!

Sebastian Bach and His Battle With The Bottle

by Paul Cashmere - November 16 2008

It looks like Sebastian Bach likes both kinds of music. Country AND Western.

Following on from the CMT show Gone Country, Bach has been transforming himself from a metal manic to a country crooner.

At Sebastianbach.com, you can already hear a sample of what to expect with the song ?Battle With The Bottle?. The song has already been made a power pick on CMT.

Next Bach will be performing a few shows in Vegas on December 10 and 11 with John Rich of Big and Rich.

Bach says he currently has around 15 country songs ?under construction?.

Next year, expect the country album.

Good for him...not a big leap from 'Jesus Christ' on Broadway, to Country music...very NOT metal though!  Hey, everybody grows up sometime...   Grin

Don Dokken Interrupts Sebastian Bach Interview to Rip on George Lynch & Skid Row

Tuesday, November 25, 2008 @ 8:09 AM

KNAC.COM just received this press release from Chicago Cable Access show, 3 Guys Pickin:

Sebastian Bach sat down with the 3 Guys to discuss his new album, reality TV, Axl Rose, and the infamous sod fight at Alpine Valley with Pantera. Live performance clips are shown.

In the middle of the interview, Don Dokken just walked right in & started talked to Sebastian. Baz introduced Don to the camera & Don himself looked straight into the camera, and then just went about his business like we weren't even there.

Don then ripped George Lynch, Skid Row, & then proceeded to give the legal history of reclaiming the name Dokken. Good stuff.

The video will be posted shortly at http://www.myspace.com/3guyspickin.

Upcoming new shows include interviews with Anthony Gomes, Black Stone Cherry, and the all 10-year-old rock band from Chicago, The Bolts.

"3 Guys Pickin" air times:
Chicago city limits only, Mondays, 10:30pm, cable channel 19

SEBASTIAN BACH: Animated Series Appearances Announced - Nov. 26, 2008

Former SKID ROW singer Sebastian Bach will make an appearance on an upcoming episode of "Robot Chicken", the Emmy-Award-winning American animated television series that parodies a number of pop culture conventions using stop motion animation of toys, action figures, dolls, and claymation (usually for special effects) and various other objects. Look out for Bach as the voices of Wildman and Martian Manhunter. The exact air date has yet to be announced. Sebastian will also appear on two upcoming episodes of the animated television series "Spongebob Squarepants" as the voice of Triton.

Bach is currently working on material for a full-length country album with the writing team of Jeffrey Steele and Vicky McGehee, who previously collaborated with Sebastian on the "Battle With The Bottle" track.

Host John Rich tapped Sebastian Bach as the winner of the second season of CMT's hit series, "Gone Country", in the September 26 season finale. Bach immediately released "Battle With The Bottle" to radio. The song is produced by John Rich.  Sebastian Bach will "jam" with John Rich and Cowboy Troy on December 10 and December 11 in Las Vegas at the Hilton Theatre.

You know I'm a big Bon Jovi fan but Lost Highway sucked.

Angel Down rocked.. I hope we hear more new stuff like that from Baz soon. I'm not at all enthused by this country stuff. I'll give it a listen tho.
