Bandita, I got a poster at the show in NJ. I went in, and the merch vendor right there wouldn't sell me a poster, cause they weren't rolled up yet, (wtf?  Huh ) so I went upstairs and got one from the vendor there. And surprisingly enough it survived the whole night unscathed. I only bought one shirt. I am hoping  to get another at the MSG show. Did anyone see the flag? That was nice. And so was the denim jacket, and baseball jersey. But I don't have $125. Yeesh. The flag was $40 I think, I might pick that up too.

I didn't even know it was possible to go upstairs.  I didn't even see the posters downstairs at all but I had a lot to drink and it was really crowded down there near the merch stand.  I hope they have them at MSG!

IF the merch stands are positioned outside the lobby at MSG (right before you enter the various front doors)..then I'm going to get my merch early..and then go home to drop the gear off and then come back.? That is if they have it set up around say 5pm or so..

I figure this much..anything with tour dates on the back of the t shirt might not surface on the future GNR online merch store...(unless you're going to other show dates)....so might as well get what you can..

now I'm not too keen on holding gear throughout the night so I figure I will stick to getting merch early..go home and then come back..
Besides Axl will not start till sometime after 11:30...and it's a Friday night....

They were only selling the poster at 1 merch stand in the downstairs area of NJ, so you may not have been at the right one.

I thought all the merch was nice, altho everything was too much.  I probably would have paid 60 for the hoodie if it had dates or something on the back, but I'll just find it somewhere else since it was just the logo.

I did pick up a tour shirt (35 bucks) and the poster though (10).  I would have got the hat if it were fitted instead of adjustible..  I would have also got the blue Gn'R shirt with the 2 vertical guns and GNR in the middle, but they didn't have it in XL.  Oh well, I'll pick some more stuff up when the merch shop opens on gunsnroses.com.

They need to make that white tee design available for the men.

I love that shirt.

They have a similar design (no red), on a black tee for guys.

I'm burnt out on black rock tees...  Lips Sealed

I've wondered that myself. I know for a fact they lost ALOT of potential sales over this at the shows I was at.

Alot of people simply balked that a babydoll tee for a girl, cost more or equilvalent to a XXL men's tee.

That was kind of a rhetorical question...  Women's clothing is often overpriced...  And bikini bathing suits always seem to cost more than one-piece bathing suits...   Roll Eyes   hihi

They're probably priced higher because there is less of a demand for them than the regular T-shirts...

It's a catch-22 because if they were priced lower, more people would buy them...

Lol, I didn't get that it was rhetorical, because I have no idea what women's clothes usually run.

Thanks for the info.? hihi rofl

It's really quite unfair...  You men can get a 3-pack of Hanes T-shirts for like $9.99, but we women are hard-pressed to find ONE basic T-shirt for that price.   Tongue

That's fuckin' crazy. I would think if it's the same fabric and the same process, it should be the same price. Plus if it's smaller, it should be less money. Whether it's men or women.
