ramdom people
I don?t start to asking questions like "where did you hear that?" because I?m familiar with GNR world and rumors fly, but just yestarday I heard from 3 or 4 people that "them heard from someone else" (a friend?s friend maybe?), but I just let it be like "let?s see"... and I?m in Brazil

So was it false, or did management "ask" them to remove it?

I consider it a good sign. Things that are true like to be removed.

who knows?  I emailed them earlier about the tracklisting and artwork, but haven't received a response.  does anyone want to email and ask why this item was taken off of the site?

I know what you mean, but Merck probabily denied the 21st because it wasn't just some random internet source, but the Rolling Stone magazine.

We'll see on the 21st why he denied it...

I wonder if the date pissed managment off, or maybe the thought of tracklist and artwork being leaked?

i would think that a tracklisting and artwork leaking would be excellent promotion.  just imagine how excvited people would be.  they might even get some free press at rolling stone or wherever.

'leaks' always garner free press.

It wouldn't have been removed if it was completely false. Like I said before, GN'R would want us to speculate on a false date. There would be no reason to remove it if it was false. The way things have been going when November 21st is mentioned anywhere, is making it a little odd.

How long does it take to press the CD and ship it? ?If that process takes more than 2 weeks (which I'm not sure of), then it is not coming out on the 21st. ?I'm sure the album will leak when it goes to press.

GUNS N' ROSES - Chinese Democracy Release Date Leaked
Posted on Tuesday, November 07, 2006 at 07:09:49

Two different BW&BK sources have indicated that Universal Records will release the long awaited new GUNS N' ROSES album, Chinese Democracy, on November 21st. Apparently, the label has put together a big surprise marketing campaign to promote the disc. Cover artwork and finalized tracklisting to follow.

Who knows, but maybe they are thinking that if this is deleted, it will be a dead giveaway....

buit on the otherhand, maybe it was based on a bad source so it was removed from bravewords.

I think this uncertainty is what management is after, because it keeps us talking.

Oh yeah, thanks. Forgive me, I just woke up a little bit ago and am eating breakfast. IT would be fucking great to see that tracklisting though.
