When all I've got is precious time

you dont know that... perhaps management shot it down so we wouldnt htink it would come on that day, and then BOOM cd is on that day

sounds unlikely, but: in the last weeks there were many rumors but Merck denied only the 21st - so maybe you are right

This has been my theory for a long time and I've said it many times already. The 21st is the only "release date" that someone had gone out of their way to deny and that IS THE ONLY ONE. So why would Merck say that the 21st is the wrong Tuesday but not say it for any of the countless other days we have been talking about??? If it wasn't the 21st, what would be the point in him even telling us we were wrong?? Wouldn't he want us to speculate on the wrong date until it's announced?? I'm still going with the 21st as the most likely day for release and it's also the smartest.

Its also the last tue cd can be released to be out for black friday (the biggest shopping day of the year)

Before all my posts about subjective matters there should be an IMO before the post. I took this sig down but of course it has to go back up.

Which is EXACTLY why I think it would still be the smartest move on their part. The 21st has a ton of huge releases that day and I think that can only help the sales of CD.  There will be a lot of people going to stores on that Tuesday to pick up cd's and the more people that are there, the more people likely to buy the album (Obviously). Then 3 days later it's Black Friday and Saturday and Sunday are pretty busy shopping days themselves.

I hope this is true.

Brave Words and Bloody Knuckles. I think it's just their magazine... Go to Bravewords.com, which is linked in the first post of this thread.

Jay-Z's CD, which was supposed to be out the 21st was delayed...

Seems to me that was done especially to slide Chinese Democracy in that slot..

I think it was pushed back to the 28th. I'm not sure though. I just know it was delayed.

I know what you mean, but Merck probabily denied the 21st because it wasn't just some random internet source, but the Rolling Stone magazine.

if there is any validity to this rumor, I would expect jarmo to have deleted it already.  unless management thinks that would be a total giveaway...

this shit is silly.  i can't wait for the album to come out and all of this silliness will be done
