from chud.com

The remake for Cannibal Holocaust will be titled "Welcome to the JUngle"

Ryan does mention that the film has the Guns ?n Roses song Welcome to the Jungle playing over the end credits, which sucks.

Ahhh how in the fuck can you remake something like Cannibal Holocaust?  They killed real animals in it.  No way in hell should they remake that, it's perfect the way it is (cheesy and corny and plenty creepy).

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

Ignoring the sheer stupidity of remaking CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST, how the hell will Jungle work over the end credits?

And I guess this means the whole shit of Slash and co. not letting Axl use old songs on soundtracks has been put to rest? Or is that old news? Ha apologies, my mind's a total blank on that subject at the mo.

Actually, was that even true? Heard they wouldn't let re-recorded Jungle be used on BLACK HAWK DOWN, can't even remem where I read that.

Weird. Buckethead plays some music from this movie in many of his solos.

It's not technically a remake....more like "inspired by" Cannibal Holocaust. ?There are no animal killings in WTTJ...it's bascially more about two couples seeking the remain of one of the famous Rockefeller family. ?Think "Blair Witch" before "Holocaust," even though cannibalism is apparently involved. ?Hollywood Elsewhere has a great story on it:

I would have to think that at some point they will change the title...can't imagine Axl actually going along with it.

Yeah that would be really a shame to waste GnR on such a shitty movie...I don`t see why they would do that!?

Well most soundtrack rumours are false anyway. So I'm not worried.  hihi
