robin, you really really need to strenghten your notes, give them more sonic shape....there is too much on the high end, espeically when u use the WAH...its too tinny. you need less high end on your tone.

i dont care if jesus was with him today, he needs to cut the highs on his guitar....its a sloppy disaster!!!!!!!!!!!!! its RUING THE FUCKING SOUND OF THE ENTIRE BAND with such a big frequency taker.....cut some highs, scoop some mids and sit better in the mix, so maybe we can hear axl for once!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you guys are so wacked. how u could listen to a GnR show and not CRINGE when robin plays is beyond me. its killing the whole sound of the band. i love robin, and i love GnR. he just needs to make ADJUSTMENTS to his TONE, thats all. adjust some EQ, roll off some high end, thats it. it would help his SOUND soooo much, and more importantly, the BAND will sound better.

im a music producer. trust me on this. robin, happy birthday....but atleast LISTEN to what im saying?Huh

anyway....just try it out Robin, it will help YOU sound better (more warm) and the band sound better without all those high MIDS and high HIGHS screeching thru the PA.

listen to FORTUS.....thats a nice tone. listen to SLASH, thats an unbeatable tone, unbeatable. BF has a pretty good tone, BH had a cool tone.

actually, spend like $200 and buy a Sonic Maximizer.....it lets you shape the LOWS and adjust the over-all HIGHS. it works very well! JUDGING FORM THE SOUND GUY LAST NIGHT, THE GNR BOYS HAVE TO DO IT THEMSELVES....THAT GUY WAS SHAKING HIS HEAD ALL NIGHT LONG, HE LOOKED VERY CONFUSED.
