How do we know there are only 13 songs on CD, maybe 15 and that would add some other tunes we haven't heard of??

this 13 songs on cd theory came from the rs short interview at korn party this jan. that says
"We're working on thirty-two songs, and twenty-six are nearly done," he says.
Of those, thirteen are slated for the final album. Among Rose's favorites are "Better," "There Was a Time" and "The Blues."
13 out of 26 or 32 were already slated for the final (first?) album then but like mentioned in this thread, the band seemed to be still undecided about the tracklists for CD and the follow up in may. So It's unclear whether in jan they had dicided on how many songs should be on the album and not what songs or they decided the 13 songs to be on it but there should be more.

a press release in may says
"Over the four nights, audiences were also treated to nearly half of the band's upcoming new album, Chinese Democracy, with live performances of "Chinese Democracy," "Better," "There was a Time," "Madagascar," "IRS" and "The Blues."
