It was a very early version of gunsnroses.com that was active for a week or so. You couldn't access it by just typing gunsnroses.com though. If I remember right, you had to type www.gunsnroses.com/home.html or something. The main page had a picture of the AFD band from the SCOM video with everyone but Axl was blocked out.

The chinese themed page had a a layout similar to China's flag (red with yellow stars and text) and a section to enter a passcode/password.
