There use to be a place across the street from the big sandy, i think it was called crazy horse.  i believe it is still there, that would be a good location for ppl to get drinks before the show.

Is that the old Wild Dawg?
There are also a few places down 4th avenue like Icon (if it's still there) or The Herd Cafe'.
I'll be at one of those places from dinner/drinking until after 9. Not too excited about the opening acts.

Yeah, i think you're right.

Oh, and if anyone still doesn't have tickets to the show I just checked ticketmaster and they must have just released some seats or somehting because there are seats about 10 rows up in section 7.  I bought mine the minute they went on sale and they weren't that good.

What section did you get?

You can still find, at least, 10 seats together in section 7.. and it's right by the stage. There are some sections that have, at least, 20 seats together. You can still buy 50 (the max) floor tickets.

When I was at Marshall, it was where all the kids went to drink. And my friend's band played there a lot.

What about the bar across the street from the venue or the Herd Cafe?
Those places would be easier to get to?

Unless the gig is totally packed you can always get pretty far ahead with a little effort, regardless of the time you show up.
