I'm also a subscibers to Sirus. I got the life time offer.  drool But I have been hear a lot more Guns N' Roses songs played ever day on Sirus and alittle new like the tour kicked off and tour in Jacksonville tonight. Also some of the dj's read some fan mail and it was all postive like the one was a fan said something like I seen Guns N' Roses back in the day and I must stay Axl sounds just as good now as he did then.

But no I did not hear anything about the CD release today.

That is a scam. Its the life of the radio. So if the radio breaks, and have to buy a new radio, then you need to  buy another subscription

No you get to upgrade your radio 3 times. I don't ever plan on getting a new radio any time soon. Any way after 3 years it paid for it's shelf.

I have the same plan-- its for 3 upgrades, so its basically the life of 4 receivers.  figure that they last a minimum of 3 years each, thats 12 years.  Under the regular plan, you would pay a total of 1800 or so for that, plus upgrading each time you would have to pay for a new subscription plus a new receiver, so you can add even more.  It's only $75 to switch to a new receiver under the plan, so you save $75 on that alone (presuming you re-up for one year).  I have had the plan for 1.5 years and have no complaints, and the thing will have paid for itself within another 2 years.  After that, I'll never see a bill again.  Trust me, I made sure I checked Everything before giving up that much up front.

Well last Thursday, a girl who works at BestBuy assured me and said "100 percent possitive" that the CD was coming out on November 14th...she even told me that she got that info from a memo they recieved............But whatever, lets just wait and see. drool

OK, she was absolutely talking about the release of CD being next Tuesday.  I haven't heard back from HER (I emailed her too), but this is what I heard this morning.

This morning, around 6:45 on Hair Nation, after playing Paradise City, Kim Mulligan said this (and it's as verbatim a quote as possible):

"Now, I don't know what the odds in Vegas on this are but Chiniese Democracy is supposeed to be out next week, on Tuesday.  That's the rumor.  In less than a week we may get the album that's been talked about  and long awaited for well over a decade.....13 years.  I gotta go out and check on those odds."

So....I'm assuming Tawn was saying something similar.   There you have it: Sirius is rumoring that the album will be out next Tuesday.

This all sounds good, especially since it's from different sources. But I find it a little odd that a DJ knows about a rumor but we don't. Or maybe that's what the cencoring is all about, surprising the diehards. Sure hope so, but I'm not popping the champagne quite yet.
