Does anyone know if there were ever any plans for a Civil War video?  I thought I remember hearing something about this 15 years ago, but am not sure.

The only civil war video they play is from the 1992 Tokyo concert

No, there were never any plans for a Civil War video. As anythinggoes has said the only one ever used was the one taken directly from the Tokyo videos.

i think the civil war video would have been one of the best videos to come out from gnr.
