I just thought it was funny that he was ripping on people and saying how much more Oasis partied than everyone else, but then he brings up Guns N' Roses. Plus, Liam was at one of the Hammerstein shows, so I think it's safe to assume he has love for the band. It just goes to show how legendary GN'R were when it came to getting fucked up:

I agree. I was actually quite surprised that Liam showed up in NYC to see GN'R play. And I'm sure after that show he probably began to respect Axl more than ever, considering the performance Axl put on.

I do not agree, I think Noel is the only one that matters in Oasis. He wrote the biggest porcentage of the songs, he wrote all the classic Oasis songs, he's a great musician and he sings, in my opinion, better than Liam.

Many here seems to be way too fanatic about GN'R, imo, like you can't even mention other band names on this board or someone get's upset. wtf.. 

GN'R has been for me number one since AFD, and no one else come's close (except PF) but c'mon... I know this board is about GN'R , so of course you don't have to open a thread about some other band just to discuss that band, but there was a mention from an Oasis member about GN'R in this article so what's wrong with this thread? It's GN'R related, no? I think some people should stop whining about small things.

There is a small Axl mention by Brit rock-critic Nick Kent in the latest issue of French magazine "Rock & Folk". He said that he really likes people like Axl because he is crazy. "For us journalists, it's way easier and more fun to write about Axl than about Keane" said Kent. According to him, Liam Gallagher is a loser.

Nick Kent also said that Chinese Democracy will probably never be released.

well i'm like many bands except gnr (aerosmith,skid row,bon jovi,led zepellin,evanescence,ugly kid joe,motley crue) but for me oasis sucks
