Several video clips of VELVET REVOLVER performing at a benefit show on October 14 at the Canyon Club in Agoura Hills, CA have been posted online at YouTube.com. The concert/fundraiser was held for LA County Sheriff's Department deputy Jim Mulay (photo), who was critically injured while on duty during the attempted apprehension of an armed bank robbery suspect on August 28, 2006, in the city of Malibu. Mulay suffered a crushed spine, broken back and pelvis, and multiple broken ribs after the suspect intentionally rammed his car into Mulay's motorcycle, according to Sheriff's officials. Jim is improving daily, but is facing an extremely lengthy recovery and rehabilitation. In addition to the concert/fundraiser, a sheriff's relief fund has also been established for the continuing needs of Jim and his family during his lengthy battle to recover.

Check out pictures from the concert at Wire Image.

They sound good.

I also enjoyed the link on You tube with Steven Adler playing with them. Steven might be crazier than hell, BUT he can still play the drums.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xH-9xkyp9lU -? Sorry to be off topic, but I always enjoy seeing Steven play...

I think if he went into? Analysis with a Jungian Therapist he could pull his life back into focus....Issue is not the drugs, drugs are a symptom of the issues... more drugs and more focus on what he thinks (happened or didn't happen) won't help. He has been running over that ground to long as it is, and it gets him back to nowhere, Not like anyone in Rock N Roll is really all that sane. Life wasn't sane for them and trying to recocile it to sanity is INSANE. It's nice Velvet Revolver brought him on stage. At the end of the day he is their brother, and he doesn't suck on drums, he kicks ass, stroke and all. Live and let live...The mean in the rock n roll scene has done nothing for our culture or country... Glad to see these guys have room on stage to share...

^ That wasn't the Snakepit era, this was in late 2003 when Steven invited Slash and Izzy to guest Adler's Appetite at The Key Club. They played Brownstone and Knockin On.. no Duff though.

And a month later Izzy joined Camp Freddy for two songs, Brownstone and Jumping Jack Flash with him singing and playing a Flying V Cool On stage where Izzy, Slash, Duff, Matt and Billy Morrison.

Finally got to check them out.  Those were pretty damn cool and I am getting pretty excited to for teh train to get rolling again. The "roadhouse blues" was sick! They totally made it their own jam.
