The worst thing about Brain leaving would be that when CD drops, at least 2 playing members will already have left (Buckethead and himself, if it turns out to be true), which reviewers will jump on and do nothing for the band's credibility.

don't you realize the core of this lineup anyways is Axl/Robin/Tommy/Dizzy?   Most of these songs we've heard so far were probably written before Fortus, Brain, and definitely Bumblefoot were even in the picture.   Those 4 have been working on this for almost a decade.

Call me crazy but I think Brain will be back. Unless his "contract" is up. As we know most bands have their members on contract so it is possible that Brain has decided to not renew his
