I'm tipping one non-single/GH old song like Locomotive. That song would suit his voice as well as the sound of the band I think.

Anyway would be cool to rotate one fans favourite for each show that isn't on GH like Locomotive, Breakdown, Estranged etc.

I'm expecting 10 songs from Appetite For Destruction.
One from Lies.
Two originals from UYI, plus the two covers.
And 3-4 "new" songs that were debuted in 2001.

Hopefully I'm wrong, but I doubt it.
Just because you WANT something to happen doesn't mean it will.

Are you a fucking moron?  Locomotive?  They won't play something that obscure.  And Slash is the only guy who could even play that song to begin with.

Estranged would be cool.  But don't count on it.

it would be unfair not to play most the old songs and most the essential songs... if CD is as good as it is supposed to be then the band will live long enough and tour enough to play more new songs in the future. There's a lot of young fans that waited too long hear some of the essential songs live. Using the Guns name stands for respecting the older music and it's credibility. I'm just saying I cuold care less if I die and dont hear twat live, but if I die without seeing PC live I will throw a fit.

you mean your ghost will throw a fit? hahah

so anyway: I think they will play some of the newer songs they did on the last tour and maybe 2-3 others. If I were Axl I would not want most of the new material that is about to be released to have been heard already, not to mention the chance of it being bootlegged and thrown all over the internets!

The people going on these shows want the old songs, and they're gonna get it.

Axl isn't dumb, he knows that shows won't sell if he doesn't at least play some old songs.

And I don't get some peoples opinions, why do you think Axl is ashamed of his past or something. Axl is probably really excited about getting back on stage and singing Jungle again etc...

Well since Chinese is supposed to have 13 tracks, you can definetly count on them playing old songs.

not really....

of course they`ll play old songs, but axl didn`t work the last 7 years just on those 13 songs slated for CD. there are AT LEAST the 32 songs axl talked about to rolling stone and probably tons more.

i have a theory for ya.buckethead is gone.they MIGHT be adding a 3rd guitarist,and this is what i read on therockradio.com

The Queen + Paul Rodgers tour ended on Thursday, April 13th, in Vancouver, British Columbia. There's no word on what May and drummer Roger Taylor will do next, while Rodgers has begun announcing solo dates.

that means brian is free to do whatever he wants too.plenty of time to rehearse with GNR.although i dont believe this i just thought id say it anyway  peace

I hope they can change things around, I wouldn't want a generic setlist for every show.  Maybe they change Estranged for Civil War every other show, or play Ain't It Fun instead of DOF.  I can dream can't I? hihi
