Robin also had troubles with him. Anyway, who cares? There are far more exiting things coming (Tour, album etc...) than losing time speaking about a guy with a bucket on his head who has not been related to GN'R anymore since December 5 2002. It's been a long time now. Turn the page. Really.

Until his parts turn up on CD...
Then it's turn the page indeed, back to BH that is.

I'm not upset or anything but I just don't think that info is in anyway relevant

didnt mean to turn this into a pro/con Buckethead thread people .. just saying what axl said about both guitarists (BH & Robin) was similar , is all.

Jesus H Christ.

Anyways , Richard Fortus himself has said he hopes AND wishes to play with Buckethead in some way again in the future , so I guess he isnt all bad. lol!

Personally , I hope he never joins GNR again , GNR fans for the most part (not all of you , just the close minded ones *coff nesquick *coff*) do NOT deserve a talent such as Bucket in the band.  ok

Anyways , peace guys. GNR rules no matter who's on the guitars.  peace

I think it makes a huge difference who's on the guitars.  This band wouldn be totally different without Finck.  He alone is irreplacable out of the new line-up.  Also I've finding it hard to get over Fortus playing on NSync's album(s).  I know people have to do what they have to do to survive, but its still kinda lame.  And I, as a long time GNR fan, do deserve Buckethead in the band.  The emotion in his music helps me out so much and I realize what a talent he is.  And to those thinking we're done talking about Buckethead just wait til the album comes out.  We haven't even started....... yes

So do GNR fans deserve Bumblehead more than they deserve Buckethead?

lets see how fans continue to treat him. Ron , not unlike Bucket is a guy who LOVES his fans .. gnr fans for the most part seem to love to bash GNR members who actually give back to them.

Ron , also like Bucket has a bit of a "quirky" side to him .. GNR fans for the most part seem to only see an image and not hear music.

That is NOT a blanket statement and does NOT mean every fan. But alot of what I see and read on the boards seem to back that statement up.

Technical Ecstasy, Axl mentions it was the album that got him into sabbath on the trunk interview.

Quick question about "It's All Right." I always thought that was played live at some point during the Illusion tour. Axl makes it sound like he recorded it on his own long after the tour was over and while he was working with the new (at the time) guys.
Anyone know the answer.

Not sure, I think he's insinuating that it wasn't played live but made a nice intro (but I"m still not sure). Loder asks if that's going to be on the new album, so it makes me wonder whether it was ever played before and if it's possibly a new cover for the new band (since the old band was known to throw a few covers on some albums).

If I were to hope anything, it would be that he re-joins asap. The music > the fans.
