Yeah as long as someone says something..Even a few encouraging words from Axl..as long as it isn't too cryptic or vague..how about "well here we are my friends, Chinese Democracy starts now" or if you want to be even more vague, "it's been a long journey to where we are today".. then again he might have said that at the first LA 1-1-01 show or whenever it was

With RS articles being silenced, and rumors flying, a NA tour kicking off this week, only two months before the end of the year, and a promised album...

I doubt it.

If we ain't heard nothin' now, we ain't going to. I'm getting the feeling that things like the single & album are just gonna drop, and be a surprise for everyone. Kind of like Christmas...

christmas aint no surprise, at least not to me.. i always know when i will get my presents, i have been told that christmas is at 24 december so it isn't just a surprise day that can come whenever.. i thought it was like that in all of the world..

yeah you maybe be right.. x-mas is maybe 25 but i think the day before is called x-mas eve or something and that's the night we in sweden gets our presents and celebrate.. what i meant was that the x-mas holidays isn't just a surprise day. it's in late december

Well the HD ad said the one with better would be up at the end of October. October is almost done.

Some point very soon I expect them atleast to acknowledge Better as the single because I tihnk it will tie in with the ad.

Now that my grandchildren are old enough to drink i am still full of hope.. actually more than ever..

I can not imagine that an announcement will not happen. That would be surreal. But on the other hand they might just drop the bomb without any warning Huh

Howwever 2006 already brought so much to the GNR land. The mail will be delivered.

My head says : "Announcement today"

I keep refreshing hoping for some sort of announcement today.  I kinda know better though.  My guess is no announcment today, nothing tomorrow or during the show.  Then come Friday or something, we get a press release.

I'm one of the most curious people I've ever known.  Christmas is agony, not knowing what I'll get.  This is 10x worse hihi
