I'd say 2Pac, considering he's the one who was shot dead because of his lifestyle.
Closely followed by Eminem, because the bullet that killed his friend was meant for him, also because of his lifestyle.
As far as I know, no one's taken a shot at Axl.

You don't have to get shot to be a badass in music.  My vote goes to Axl Rose.

Proof got shot because he started a fight in an after hours club. It had nothing whatsoever to do with Eminem.

As far as this thread goes, I would say this:

2Pac was finally starting to really re-think his lifestyle as a whole when he was killed. I don't think he even wanted to be a "bad boy" anymore.

As far as Axls concerned, I honestly haven't really thought of him as a bad boy since about the 3rd leg of the UYI tour. And with his new demeanor, I think he also may be out of the "bad boy" business.

That leaves Em. Even though he's obviously not living the "poor life" anymore, he's not exactly running around trying to be a big celeb like alot of other rappers who came up through the streets. I can't think of anyone I know who feels Em is in anyway a softer guy now then he was when he first hit the scene.

So I guess my answer is Eminem.

and far off in the distance Em.  If you know Eminem's history you know he wasn't so bad.  The worst thing I heard him do was pull an unloaded gun out on someone. 

But all of them have offensive lyrics, Em would win that category ( I didn't hear too many 2pac songs so I can't judge him)

Axl bit a security guard on this tour. Eminem is a poseur bad boy. You guys should add Liam Gallagher to the mix. He fucking scrapped Italian Gangsters, had his teeth knocked out, and then kicked a cop in the stomach.
