who here thinks mods go by a different set of rules? then say us everyday posters, and are you cool with that?, i mean we all just wanna chat about gnr do we not?, does it piss you off how mods choose who they bann? or warn, because lets be real .....everyone breaks the rules, theres so many it's like the bible, give me a week and i could make a list of rules that mods break!,  !

yeah i'm not saying all mods do it, but i think there needs to be a crackdown, weed out the dead wood!

To understand the rules, or at least their enforcement, you have to understand why they are there. Which you, of course, do not. Which is why members who have been here for years can get away with it (you only notice that the moderators do because of the green, like your eyes, stars); though in essence it isn't 'getting away' with anything. The real point is not preservation of the rules, but preservation of our board. Do you get it? Do ye ken?,

clearly not!, and so this will continue. Because you like the rigid. You know, the new members being arseholes and getting karma, and this should fall in line with the long termers who hav a sly dig, eh? You don't get it. And you won't. Australian love? Or, Australian_Love?, your kind wouldn't comprise a board that I would have any interest in visiting, that is to say, reading. Because that is what the real members do. We read the board.

Of course they do. It's called perks of the job It's just like everthing else in life. Cops getting away with speeding while off duty, people in the health care industry can pull strings to get through faster, People in retail get disscounts, Mods can dictate what goes on on the forums.? That's life. Personally I think these? guys run a? really great forum. It's a hard job and they do a great job. Now just so I'm not coming off as an total ass kisser I'll admit I feel they(some not all) tend to deal with things with an overabundance of? arrogance at times and at times  it seems it's done? only for their own ammusement and to antagonize people. Though like I said it's a tough job so I'm sure their level of pateince is at a minimum. There are alot of jerkoffs on these types of sites so....Maybe I'm considerd one of them. I don't know.

You've got to love it or shove it. This board is head and shoulders above the others because rumors rarely get off the ground, and assholes aren't given the time of day. I don't agree with every decision the mod's make, particularly where freedom of speech is concerned (deleting posts that are people expressing their feelings about the band - not libellous, false, lying, abusive etc.).

But then again, this isn't my board. I'm a guest here, and when you're a guest you've got to play it by the house rules, good or bad.
