Here's what I dont get. This was said by Jarmo who I think Merck or Mysteron told him to post in the first thread?

Anyway, so this pretty much means that they know the actual date.

And if they know the actual date, why pro-long it? Why not announce it now? We're so close to the official announcement, obviously, but yet we are still totally pretty clueless about the date.

I suspect that's the case, but of course that's my suspicion and nothing more. Either way, if we assume Jarmo is correct, it brings us closer to being able to figure out the date, if we really feel the need at this close point.

MODIFICATION: Tho on reflection it is more likely that he was just told that the date is incorrect, as Efish suggests.

Although, that still doesn't change the fact that one of the two administrators of mygnrforum and a small group of people spoke with Axl Rose backstage at the Madison Square Garden on December 5th, 2002. This information is irrelevant today anyways. This happened almost 4 years ago.

Since there is a 2 week break in the tour between 11/20 and 12/4, wouldn't it make sense that they are planning some promotion, interviews, etc. during that time?  I'm not sold that Nov. 21 is "NOT TRUE".  Getting the Thanksgiving weekend sales is crucial.
