Anyone like or even know Mr. Matt Good here?
He's definitely one of my all time favorite artists. Makes very beautiful affecting crazy shit music.

I was thinking about mentioning Avalanche in the "Best albums of the decade" thread, but I figured no one would have heard of it.

My favourite "Matthew Good Band" album is Underdogs, but I prefer Avalanche to it.

I love love love love Avalanche. And I think the song Avalanche is the best song he's ever written. Although I'm also partial to Prime Time Deliverance, I Miss New Wave,  Sort of A Protest Song, Haven't Slept in years, Apparitions.... pretty much, he's never written a bad song.
Other favorite albums are, Beautiful Midnight, Underdogs, Audio of Being.
The thing that I love about Matt Good is that no matter what you're feeling like, each of his albums are so diverse and have such a unique sound that there's always one of his CDs to pop in to suit your emotional state.
Basically, I fucking love Matt Good. His writing is absolutely incredible as well, I really reccomend,  At Last there is Nothing Left to Say.
