Star Wars Episodes 4-6 and the latest one, 3, are classics.  Star Trek, in my eyes, doesn't have a great classic movie.

That doesn't mean Star Trek is bad.  Personally, I enjoy the old Trek tv shows.  They have good messages:  most important being Captain Kirk will bang anything, anywhere!  Green chicks for god's sake!   hihi  I hope Bones got him a shot of space-penicillin at the Federation clinic.   hihi

and how can people compare the 12 odd hours of star wars with the 1000+ hrs of trek - at various points Trek has hit far greater highs, and descended to hideous depths - but to compare Star Trek as one entity is daft - not even Star Wars is one entity
