Nme are missleading with the date - sloppy journalism.

its a shame with have to travel from midlands all the way over there, instead of getting a gig over here with our own crowd.

I'll be going to hyde park i reckon.  i'd rather see aerosmith than go to Glastonbury which i was planning on.
one date for the whole UK after 8 years is lame though. thought they would be at new wembley or even twickenham, plus at least one for Scotland.
ah well - gotta take it while you can i guess.

According to NME.com, AEROSMITH played a surprised show at the Hard Rock Caf? in London Monday night (February 19) to celebrate the announcement of their forthcoming European tour.

Ripping through hits from their debut album right up to the present day, a few hundred watched the bare-chested rockers stripped down to the basics.

"When I heard them playing this song, I knew I had to join the band," frontman Steven Tyler announced before launching into a cover of FLEETWOOD MAC's "Rattlesnake Shake". "If they weren't going to let me in I was breaking in," he continued.

The group's setlist was as follows:

01. Walkin' The Dog
02. Love In An Elevator
03. Living On The Edge
04. What It Takes
05. Draw The Line
06. Rattlesnake Shake
07. I Don't Want To Miss A Thing
08. Baby Please Don't Go
09. Cryin'
10. Walk This Way
11. Train Kept A Rollin'

Well right now there's NIN, Ozzy Osbourne, The Who, Aerosmith and Metallica. And the biggest festivals hasn't published their bands yet. Now we just need VR and Gn'R ok

But I mean, usually we have like one BIG band per year.
