Well I can't believe that I couldn't get two floor seats for the NYC show. I signed up for the presale, registered for the website, and even tried to get tickets at 9.  Nothing.. MLB fans get a password for it and GN'R fan can't.  That's bullshit..Axl and company redeemed themselves with the Hammerstein Ball room show I went to after the bs that they pulled the last time I tried to see them in Philly..  But MLB fans get a presale password, that is terrible...Way to go axl....I still can't wait for chinese democracy because i've been waiting for years, but i am considering downloading it and not buying it...

So yesterday, at precisely 9 am i go downstairs enter my presale code and buy 4 of the 89.50 tix for MSG. (genera admission). Does anyone know if GA at the garden is the entire floor, or just like a box around the stage (like it was when i saw springsteen at Giants stadium). Plus, the GA is definately on the floor right? Becasue I had Mezz2 general admission tickets to hammerstein and i really want to be on the floor in the garden.

I'm still seeng better seats in the regular TM sale than I pulled yesterday in the presale for MSG. Seems like it is selling much slower than 2002.

Keep in mind, the show was papered to get a news headline in 2002.  It really, did not, sell out in 15 minutes.  I would think this show will be sold out, down the road.  I don't think scalpers are buying blocks of tickets like they did in 2002, so that slows sales a little.

I just tried under best available and was able to secure 2 GA Floor seats to both the NJ and NY shows.  I was hoping they would be selling faster.  What are your reads on the NJ and NY sales so far?  And how bouts all the other arenas?

MSG is slower than I expected considering how fast the Hammerstein tickets sold. It will be full come showtime because the NY/NJ market is so huge but it's maybe not a good sign for smaller markets.

You can still buy them at face value (89.50 plus fees) here:

Well, after service charges and shipping, 100 bucks is just under face value

Each ticket comes to $101.25 or so after all of the bullshit Ticketbastard charges get added on to them..
