hey i hope all u guys that have leak will still buy it. I know i am. Tool deserve to be recognized and i hope they debut at number 1 and kick ass. Lateralus debuted at number 1 and sold 550,000 copies the first week!! that is insane, i hope this new record beats that.

I had the same problem but there was a Target right next to Best Buy so I went in there and made them pull the boxes up from their storage area.
I'm saving listening to the Tool CD until I can focus strictly on it with no distractions.

That's a good plan. Tool grows on you over time, at least that's how it was with Lateralus.

Okay, at Best Buy they have Pearl Jam and Tool's CD's on sale for 9.99 each so I just bought them both for a total of about $21. So cool.

Nice deal
holy crap this CD fucking rules!!! and I'm only on track 3
I'm at work and I found myself staring blankly at my monitor caught in the song. "Wings for Marie"...this song is incredible and intricate as fuck....how do they go from one riff to another like that...with no seam....beautiful peice of work

I had to pop it in at work too. I've been in and out but what I have heard is pretty good. The only comment I will make is from the little I have heard, it sounds a bit "familiar". It sounds exactly like what you would expect of Tool, not that theres anything wrong with that, I would like them to take a few chances, though. I'm sure that song exists somewhere on this disc. At least I hope it does.

I disagree. I'm on the 3rd track and so far nothing sounds familar on this disc. And, I'm a huge tool fan.
Also, you have to listen to the whole album, before making a judgement.

Your correct, thats why I wanted to wait until I didnt have distractions to listen to it. I couldnt resist though
The only one I listened to all the way without distraction was Vicarious. Its a great song, but right from the first guitar lick, it sounds like Tool. We will just have to agree to disagree
