I met Maynard last night....kinda. He was in town promoting his wine. I've never seen so many armed security guards at a grocery store before. I don't really like Tool, but I though Pusifer was good live. My friend is a diehard fan though. So anyways, stood in line for like an hour and a half. Pay for the bottle of wine, go stand in another line to actually get the wine. Then go in yet another line. The store moved the wine racks around and put up black curtains so you couldn't see him when you were waiting in line. Once you got to his little "fort" you go in, one person at a time, hand some dude your bottle, who then hands it Maynard, who signs it then hands it back to the dude, who then gives it back to you. He didn't say a word, nodded and smiled. Weird dude.

Knowing Maynard, he's actually one of the nicest guys in the world BUT because of his fame he acts like he does so Devo doesn't grow up fucked up.

As for T=O=O=L... Aenima is a great album. Lateralus sounds like a robot, 10000 days is like Aenima and Lateralus had a baby, Undertow is a metal album and the EP is all energy.
