Hey,
My favorite bands are:
1. Nine inch Nails
2. Bad Religion
3. Guns N Roses
4. Tool
5. Propaghandi
So, yes, Tool is fucking awesome. My favorite album is Opiate. Part of me, Jerk-off, and opiate rock. I have seen tool 9 times. They are as good, if not better than GnR live. The best live show I have ever seen is Ministry though.

I liked the A Perfect Circle stuff and looking forward to Tapeworm (NIN sideproject with Maynard).
I guess it's because APC is a lot easier to get into that Tool.

its true his voice is awesome.
have you got the dvd with the live c.d.?i cant remember what its called but some of that stuff on the c.d.are amazing.especially push it.
great band.but yes i agree jarmo they are harder to get into than APC however once you get into them you apreciate them much more than a perfect circle.
cant wait for tapeworm and a perfect circles new album not to mention a new tool album.

Havn't seen you post for ages dude.
But I knew that you would at the sight of a Tool thread. [hihi]
But, yeah, I'm kinda the same. I fucking love Tool, Aenima is a must have, but Korn are kinda meh as far as I'm concerned.
Although, granted, I have liked some of their stuff.

i have been away and other than that i just dont have much to say right now , so i havent been posting or coming here much at all, but how you doin by the way?
i think tool are always working on something and i cant wait til they bring an album out,i think the new perfect circle will be out first though as apparently its getting quite close now.i cant wait for that if the first one is anything to go by,and maynard is just a genious along with billy howerdell so i reckon that should be good.
by the way is anyone else going to watch a perfect circle back deftones at wembley later this year?

Stinkfist-Aenema-Hooker with a Penis-Eulogy-The Grudge-Lateralus-Triad-Parabola-Schism-Cold and Ugly are some of my favorites. Tool is definitely the best metal band on the planet right now. Tool is on hiatus while Maynard tours with A Perfect Circle.

KoRn has nothing when compared to Tool. Tool is not like my favorite but I respect them and know that are very talented even though sometimes(lots of times) their songs sound too much alike. Maynard is an excellent talent.

Ahh, that's cool dude.
Not too bad, not too bad at all.
Not long at all untill the new A Perfect Circle album.
It's called Thirteenth Step and will be released on September the sixteenth. [ok]
I for one can't fucking wait.
And yeah, Mer De Noms was fucking amazing, it was a very strong album.
It was a pity to see Paz Lenchantin leave, but I was really fucking made up that Twiggy joined.
I am glad he left Manson, and it is fantastic that he joined A Perfect Circle.
Just under a month to go. [smoking]

I like their former keyboarder ... what was his name again .... Chris Pitman?? [hihi]
Well, to be honest, I wasn't too much into them for a long time but they're one of my girlfriend's fav bands, so I listened to Aenema and I think it's great music. I think I'll give this band a few more listens in the future

Most Gnr fans should start with Aenema then get Lateralus. Both are equally great but as an album I prefer Lateralus.
